Labor Finders has multiple openings for Demolition Workers for long-term work on multiple sites in and around Tallahassee, FL. We are seeking candidates with experience in demolition and construction environments, including performing physical labor on job sites such as tearing down structures, removing debris, and assisting with site preparation.Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, using hand and power tools, assisting skilled tradespeople, and safely removing debris and hazardous materials. Candidates must be comfortable working in fast-paced, physically demanding environments and following all safety guidelines.
Your Day
Start times vary between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Shifts are typically 8 hours, with some extending up to 10 hours depending on project needs. Work will take place on demolition and construction sites in and around Tallahassee.Full PPE is required at all times. Job sites may change daily, and work may be indoors or outdoors. Candidates must be prepared to work in all weather conditions, including extreme Florida heat.Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required, along with consistent communication with the office regarding assignments. Positions may begin as short-term but can become ongoing for workers who demonstrate strong attendance and performance.Pay is based on experience, job assignment, attendance, and performance.
Your Experience
