How a Manufacturing Plant Built a Dependable Team
About This Business
A truss manufacturing facility supporting large residential home builders was operating in a rural area far from major population centers. The plant manager needed dependable workers who could consistently commute to the facility.
Our Staffing Solution
We began by visiting the plant to understand exactly what the team needed. The branch developed a screening process specifically for this job. We focused on identifying workers who could meet the plant’s standards and commit to the commute.
Challenges We Overcame
The client had previously worked with two other staffing agencies. One moved fast but prioritized volume over quality. The other was more selective but was too slow to fill open positions in a timely manner. We prioritized screening and realistic travel expectations for workers to build a dependable team of workers.

The facility grew from three associates to nine, building a stable production support team while maintaining quality standards.
