Labor Finders is hiring Drywall Finishers for work on multiple sites in and around the Jacksonville area. We are seeking experienced finishers who can handle all phases of drywall finishing, including taping, mudding, sanding, and applying finishes to achieve a smooth, paint-ready surface. Duties may include repairing imperfections, matching textures, working with corners and joints, and ensuring high-quality results that meet job specifications. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a crew.
Your Day
Start times typically range between 6am and 7am, with shifts averaging 8 hours and occasional longer days depending on project needs. Jobsites will vary day to day but will be located in and around the Jacksonville area. Work may be indoors or outdoors depending on the stage of construction, and candidates should be prepared for varying conditions. Reliable transportation and consistent communication with the office are required. Work may start short term, with long-term opportunities available for dependable, high-performing workers.
Your Experience
Candidates must have prior experience as a Drywall Finisher and be confident in taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing techniques. The ability to produce smooth, consistent finishes and match textures is required. Experience working with hand tools and finishing equipment is expected. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to meet production deadlines are essential for success in this role.
