We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Concrete Flooring Supervisor who knows the construction industry and can take charge of a job site. This position involves specialized concrete floor installations on second-story levels of buildings. We need someone who understands how construction projects run, can lead a crew, think on their feet, and communicate directly with the owner to keep the job moving and get things done right.
Your Day
Oversee daily job-site operations for second-story concrete floor installations.Lead and coordinate workers to keep the project running smoothly.Take charge of the job site and make decisions when issues come up.Communicate directly with the owner about job progress, scheduling, and any problems that need attention.Troubleshoot challenges and find solutions to keep work on schedule.Make sure work is completed safely and meets quality expectations.Travel to job sites throughout Ventura County and up to San Luis Obispo County.

Your Experience
Previous experience with concrete work and flooring installation is required.Experience with commercial concrete projects or concrete floor systems is preferred.Previous supervisor, foreman, or crew lead experience is required.Must be comfortable taking charge, working independently, and making decisions on-site.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.Must be comfortable communicating directly with the owner.Must have a reliable vehicle and dependable transportation.Must be willing to travel between Ventura County and San Luis Obispo County.Must be dependable, hands-on, organized, and safety-conscious.
