Labor Finders has an opening for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant with a local company in the Gainesville area. We are seeking a professional, organized candidate who is fluent in both English and Spanish and has experience providing administrative support and customer service in a fast-paced office environment. Duties may include answering and directing phone calls, greeting customers and visitors, managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, performing data entry, maintaining records, conducting company and customer research, assisting with client communications, and providing general office support as assigned.
Your Day
Work is performed in a professional office environment. Typical shifts are 8 hours, Monday through Friday, with start and end times varying based on business needs. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Reliable transportation, punctuality, and consistent attendance are required. Pay is based on experience, attendance, and performance.
Your Experience
Minimum 1 year of administrative, office support, customer service, receptionist, leasing, recruiting, or related experience preferred. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess basic computer proficiency, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, data entry, customer relations, scheduling, or sales support is a plus.
