br p strongAdministrative Assistant responsibilities may include the following:/strong ul liAnswering and directing phone calls liOrganizing and scheduling appointments liPlanning meetings and taking detailed minutes liWriting and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms liAssisting in preparing regular reports liDeveloping and maintaining a filing system liUpdating and maintain office policies and procedures liOrdering office supplies and researching suppliers liMaintaining contact lists liBooking travel arrangements liSubmitting and reconciling expense reports liProviding general support to visitors liActing as the point of contact for internal and external clients liLiaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests/queries from senior managers/ul br strongYou will need to have the following:/strong br ul liProven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or o
