Labor Finders is seeking dependable Material Handlers for a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity with a leading manufacturer of roof trusses and floor joists. Associates will work in an outdoor production facility unloading lumber and other building materials from incoming deliveries, staging materials for saw operators, organizing inventory, and supplying production teams with the materials they need to keep manufacturing running efficiently. This is a physically demanding position that requires working safely in a fast-paced industrial environment while handling heavy building materials throughout the day.
Your Day
This position works a day shift, Monday through Thursday, with four 10-hour shifts each week, giving you a three-day weekend every week. Your day will involve unloading materials, moving lumber throughout the yard and production area, staging materials for production, maintaining an organized work area, and assisting with general production support as needed. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and be able to perform repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, and standing throughout the shift. Safety, teamwork, and maintaining production flow are key parts of this role.
