strongFloor installer responsibilities may include the following: :/strong
ul

liMeasure, cut, and install various types of flooring such as carpet, wood, laminate, and tile.
liPrepare floor surfaces for installation such as sweeping, scraping, and sanding.
liCreate floor foundations using concrete prior to installation.
liSmooth and secure flooring once installed.
liReading and understanding blueprints. /ul

strongYou will need to have the following: :/strong

li
liBasic math skills.
liManual dexterity, a steady hand, and good hand-eye coordination.
liAbility to read technical manuals and shop drawings.
liGreat communication and customer service skills.
liExperience using hand and electrical tools.
liAbility to speak or understand English.
liGood physical condition and endurance.
liAbility to stand and walk, lift and/or move up to 70 to over 150 lbs.
liAbility to pass random drug tests. /ul
