li Creating construction project schedules
li Creating the construction project budget and making sure the project stays on budget.
li Delegating tasks and responsibilities to construction crews.
li Supervising construction crews on the project site.
li Making sure the construction project stays on schedule.
li Inspecting the construction site for safety and health violations.
li Tracking the inventory of products, materials, and other assembling supplies.
li Coordinating with managers, superintendents, engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders.ul

strongYou will need to have the following: :/strong

li Proven experience as an assistant superintendent, foreman or a similar role.
li Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
li Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
li Proficiency in MS Office (MS E
