Labor Finders has multiple openings for Farm Workers with a local produce farm in the Old Town area. We are seeking hardworking, dependable candidates to assist with a variety of agricultural tasks related to the planting, cultivation, harvesting, sorting, and packing of fresh produce. Duties may include harvesting fruits and vegetables, planting crops, weeding, irrigation assistance, loading and unloading produce, sorting and packaging harvested products, maintaining clean work areas, and performing other farm-related duties as assigned.
Your Day
Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and direct sunlight. Shifts typically range from 8 to 10 hours and may begin early in the morning based on weather conditions and harvest schedules. Farm Workers should be prepared for physically demanding work that involves standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, and repetitive motions throughout the day. Reliable transportation, punctuality, and consistent attendance are required. Pay is based on experience, attendance, and performance.
Your Experience
Previous farm, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be able to work outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds, follow directions, and perform physical labor safely. Candidates should demonstrate dependability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining consistent attendance.
