Chari Benardo | Director of Human Resources

Chari Benardo is Director of Human Resources of Labor Finders, the oldest and largest privately held industrial staffing company in the United States. Joining the company in 2009, she is responsible for leading the organization’s human resources strategy and operations across 16 states, overseeing compliance, employee relations, and HR programs. She partners with executive leadership to drive retention, strengthen performance, and support business growth.

Chari enjoys developing people and helping leaders navigate challenges in a way that strengthens both the individual and the organization. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Brooklyn College and is a SHRM Certified Professional.
